What is a GSA?
A GSA (Gay-Straight Alliance or Genders-Sexualities Alliance) is a student-run club, typically in a high school, which provides a safe place for students to meet, support each other, talk about issues related to sexual orientation and gender identity/expression, and work to end homophobia and transphobia.
When do we meet?
The GSA at Quakertown High School meets weekly, on Mondays at 3 in room C105. EVERYONE is welcome! We work to improve school climate for all students particularly those belonging to marginalized groups due to sexuality, gender identity/expression, race, ethnicity, and/or abilities. Contact the advisor, Dr. Alvino for more information.
